Dick (Rich) was born in Highland Park, Illinois. He attended Grayslake Community High School and was a member of the GCHS Class of 60. Upon graduating from GCHS, Dick attended the University of Wisconsin.  In 1966 he married Esther Ettinger.  Dick spent his entire career as a high school psychologist for School District 214 Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Dick retired in 2001 and he and Ester moved to Sun City, Huntley, Illinois.  He is survived by his wife Ester and their children Mark and Jeremy.
